ORDERS - PAYMENT OPTIONS
Wire or ACH: Make your payment directly (and without shipment delay) into our bank account using Wire or ACH Wire services. Please contact Russell at 630-280-7300 (or email@example.com) for this information.

Your order will immediately process and then ship upon the clearance of funds or you are an established customer.
PayPal: We accept PayPal but we must defer their Service Fee of 3%, since our margins are so low. When using PayPal, we can email you a PayPal invoice or please credit this email account:
Note: All PayPal orders add 3% to total invoice amount. Orders will not process unless this fee has been added.
Credit Cards: At this time, we do not accept credit cards due to the high fees for processing and multiple fraudulent attempts. We suggest you enroll in PayPal to utilize your credit card.
Our orders process immediately. You will receive an invoice via email. Upon receipt of payment, an automatic email is sent. As your order is being prepared for shipment, you will be notified via email. We video tape each package as it is packaged and sealed. We often use Federal Express for Priority, Standard and Ground service, Signature Required for our shipments unless the USPS is required (PO Boxes, Rurual Routes, etc.). Some of our clients prefer to use the convenient Hold For Pick-Up service with FEDEX. Please consult with us if you would like to employ this option. We carry up to $150,000 insurance per shipment.
From start to finish - we want you to have a pleasurable and memorable experience when you deal with us here at AU Capital Management. If you do not like your acquisition for any reason, please return within 14 days. For both your protection and ours, it is best to notify us of your intention to return your item in advance. No questions will be asked! In fact, we can often either arrange the shipment or assist in the process. You will be entitled to a full refund for those item(s) returned less the postage (if any) upon receipt.
