Obverse: 13 stars around large Indian head. 1873 resting on rim. 6th star left of 1st feather of headdress, 7th and 8th stars to left of 4th and 5th feathers of headdress.
Reverse: 1-4 DOLLAR CAL within wreath. A curled leaf below the D and a berry the bottom right of the R. No period after CAL.
